The International Maritime Academy of Lebanon is conveniently located in Jounieh-Sarba, a key yachting hotspot in Lebanon.

Our STCW approved courses cover everything from Personal Survival, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Techniques. We run these courses as individual modules or as intensive programmes using state-of-the-art facilities. Our portfolio of safety and security courses is fully compliant with the new STCW 2010 code, and the LY3 MCA, Yacht codes. Our certified trainers speak fluently English, Arabic and French.

Moreover, the International Maritime Academy (IMA) maintains all the required professional approvals, accreditations and standards, including: The Lebanese Ministry of Public Works and Transport in accordance to decree number 67/2018 Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW), ISO 9001; 2015, Maritime Standard Training Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers by Bureau Veritas, ISO 45001; 2018, Occupational Health & Safety, International Sailing Schools Association (ISSA of UK), American Sailing Association (ASA of USA). Our students receive high leveled seamanship courses and professional training, supported with cutting edge Simulator Training (NAUTIS).
