Training in safety and prudence is always an advantage. The skillful protection of oneself and the protection of others requires learning and skill. It's often just a matter of seconds to avoid serious, life-threatening consequences.

Extremely satisfied! I was there for basic safety training, at instructor Marie's course. The lessons were clear and well structured, the practice was very realistic and exciting. Overall, I felt very comfortable with both Marie and Maik from SOS Rügen, with whom we also had a day of practical lessons. And in the end, Marie gave us great training so that we all passed the exams. So overall a very positive experience!

I was here for basic safety training. Maik is a great teacher who conveys the content well and always kept us on track. An all-round good course, I can only recommend it.
