The "type specific" ECDIS course at JRC conducted "on-line" is extremely efficient and effective - it is worth noting that the customer (student) has a very professional and at the same time nice approach. Contact with the center was flawless - both by e-mail and by phone. I greatly appreciate the flexibility of the exam date and the pleasant atmosphere created by the examiner (in constant telephone contact with the examiner). Even after passing the exam, I heard many useful tips and advice on the practical work with the device, which is the subject of the course. In the era of a pandemic, it is difficult to imagine a safer and more convenient form of training. I heartily recommend!
