Cleo Maritime Services Lda, it’s a wholly-owned Angolan Company, provides Training, Manpower supply services and agents to the Shipping sector on behalf of the owners, committed to providing high-quality services in order to satisfy clients' requirements.
We recruit, develop, and retain highly qualified, Angolan sea staff and we assure every one of them is personally accountable for ensuring that his / her work countersigns our Quality Policy.
Cleo holds national accreditation as a Service Provider Company.

- Training and Certification as per STCW 2010.
- Recruitment, selection and crewing provider for vessels and offshore.
- Crewing Management (Manning agency).
