De Ruyter Training & Consultancy (DRTC) is a maritime training center based in the Netherlands, providing high-quality, hands-on safety and competence training for seafarers, offshore professionals, and emergency responders. Our training programs are certified under STCW, GWO, and NOGEPA standards and are designed to meet real-world demands onboard and offshore.

We offer Basic Safety Training (Personal Survival Techniques, Fire Prevention Fire Fighting, Personal Safety Social Responsibilities & Elementary First Aid), Advanced Firefighting, Fast Rescue Boat, Proficiency in Survival craft other the Fast Rescue Boats, Medical First aid, Medical Care, Crisis Management Human Behaviour, Ecdis, Radar Navigator, Ship Management, Bridge Resource Management, Engine Resource Management, Maritime Crew Resource Management, Working at Heights, Sea Survival, HUET, and more – both at our facilities and on board ships. Our instructors are experienced mariners and offshore experts, ensuring practical relevance and personal guidance throughout your training.
