Marine Pro Academy – Terms and Conditions for Online Course Bookings
1. Enrollment and Eligibility
By booking an online course with Marine Pro Academy, you confirm that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
Access to certain courses may require meeting specific prerequisites, which will be stated in the course description.
2. Fees and Payment
Full payment in Euro (€) is required at the time of booking to secure course access.
Payments must be made using the accepted payment methods on our website.
Access to online learning materials will only be granted once payment is confirmed.
3. Course Access and Duration
Online course access details (login credentials, instructions) will be provided by email after booking confirmation.
Each course has a defined access period. Students are responsible for completing the course within this timeframe.
Access may not be extended unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds are only available if:
The course has not yet been accessed (login not used).
A written cancellation request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Once course materials have been accessed, no refund will be issued.
If Marine Pro Academy cancels or discontinues a course, a refund or transfer to another course will be offered.
5. Use of Course Materials
All online course materials, videos, documents, and resources are for personal learning only.
Sharing, copying, recording, or distributing course content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Login details are personal and must not be shared with others.
6. Certification
Certificates of completion (digital or physical) will only be issued to students who successfully finish all required modules and assessments.
Marine Pro Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if requirements are not met.
7. Student Responsibilities
Students must ensure they have a suitable internet connection and device to access the course.
Students agree to engage with the learning content ethically and respect the online learning environment.
8. Liability
Marine Pro Academy is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side, such as internet failures, device problems, or software incompatibility.
Our total liability for any claims relating to a course will not exceed the fee paid in Euro (€).
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data collected during registration will only be used for course administration, certification, and communication.
Data will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
