Online Polar Basic : Nicely laid out and engaging. Some of it is a little glitchy and I wasn't able to complete as it kept stalling on a particular slide on one module. Perhaps just my internet connection. However a nice means to understake the course as opposed to residential which can be difficult to slot in during busy sea going schedules. With a little tweaking 5*. Very interesting subject matter.
