  A huge credit to our wonderful instructors: Neil, Nicci, Cat, Nick, Ted, and Mike - who delivered informative and engaging sessions while creating a relaxed classroom environment.
  Each course felt accessible and got to the core of what we needed to know, without overloading with information. Both the firefighting and PST sessions were a perfect mix of theoretical and practical.
  I look forward to returning to do my refresher courses here in five years. Thanks to all for a great week!

  Did my 5 year refreshers with STCW training and had a great time. The facilities were perfect and the instructors were helpful and knowledgeable.
  I'll definitely recommend them and use them again when the need arises.

  I’m incredibly grateful for everything I gained from the SWTC course—not just the skills, but also the confidence and encouragement I received from the instructors.   I recently attended the STCW refresher and had a great time! All of the lecturers and guides were super friendly and informative. Good mix of practical/example/case study learning so was always engaging and interesting. Everybody teaching clearly had a wealth of knowledge behind them.
  Booking onto the course was a breeze with Joy.
  10/10 would recommend and will be coming back for any further certification. Thanks guys!

  Course instructors were professional, friendly, reassuring, well informed, motivated, passionate, humble and modest. At all times you felt well informed, safe and motivated to do your best. The information and training was given in numerous different ways to cater for all learning styles. It would be told, shown, repeated and then walked through as you did it yourself. With an instructor by your side at all times, it was a reassuring feeling to know they genuinely care about you and what you are doing. All of the course instructors were also well aware of each of the participants limits and capabilities, ensuring everyone was comfortable. The instructors even went the extra mile to try and make the theory parts more interesting and fun and often related the information to their own real life professional experiences which helps you understand relating the information to practical professional examples.

  My whole experience here was excellent! First of all, Joy was amazing and had me booked in and answered all of my questions in no time! Also a special mention to Nick, Nicci, Martin, Dave and Rich for being such amazing teachers, for being so genuinely lovely, and for making the two days I was there, so enjoyable. They are so incredibly qualified at what they do and it was an honour to be taught by them. Thank you so much to the whole team.

  Attended the STCW EFA & PSSR over a two day period 18-19/04/24. the facilities were great and more important the instructors (Nicci & Ange) delivered the courses material in such a manner that it provided an excellent learning environment. Highly professional and competent instructors. I went away from the course with lots of real life scenarios and a much greater understanding of what I had learnt and my expectations. I have no hesitations in recommending this training provider.

  Did my initial STCW full 5 day course here and I am very glad that I did! The training was comprehensive, the material was relevant and the instructors were highly experienced but also very friendly and professional.
  There was a lot of other students doing the course and this is great if you are looking to network within the industry.
  I will definately be coming back to STCW training ltd. for another course and refresher. A big thank you to all of the lovely instructors and other students!

  Attended the 5 day STCW training course here at short notice. It was fantastic throughout from booking (and assistance arranging accommodation) to the course itself. The instructors have so much knowledge and experience to share, it makes the course interesting and insightful. The equipment and facilities are great, you feel safe at all times whilst going over the practical exercises. Thank you again to the STCW Training team!

  Really glad I chose STCW Training UK Ltd. Booking was straightforward, the facilities were good and easy to find, had good parking and the pool session for the sea survival was nearby. But what really stood out for me was the depth of knowledge from the instructors; decades of firefighting, emergency responders, skippers and all of them excellent teachers who clearly enjoyed sharing their knowledge. They were also generous and helpful with advice about job hunting. The course was a perfect mix of practical and classroom with plenty of hands-on firefighting both with extinguishers and in their purpose built 'ship' which, when filled with smoke and fire, gave a really good taste of what it might be like to deal with a fire first hand. I highly recommend Mark, Ange, Nikki and the rest of the team and I'll definitely come back to do my refresher training.

  I completed my STCW here, the team were so helpful and supportive. The owner rang me back on the Sunday before I booked to talk me through the program and the industry and made me feel very confident it was the right place to do this essential training for the industry.
  Each instructor has a wealth of professional experience and practical knowledge in fire safety/ first aid, personal survival and working at sea and there is enough time to get to know course mates and make contacts for the future.
  We worked in very real simulated environments to practice saving a casualty from a ship fire, getting into a life vessel in a pool, working as a team to survive. Everyone is very encouraging and helpful in connecting with each other and offering advice for working at sea. Thanks to Neil, Nikki, Nick, Boogie, Ange and the whole team!

  I completed my STCW 10 course here which included fire safety training, personal survival, first aid and social security. The course was very well run, with fantastic instructors (including Nicci, Mike and Ange). The lessons were very engaging, and made to be very fun. The equipment provided was very good. I met some great people on this course and look forward to doing my refresher courses here. I would highly highly recommend using this company to complete your course.

  I have just completed a week STCW training and it was simply outstanding. The Course Directing Staff are highly professional, bursting with knowledge and enthusiasm and a delight to listen to. Running through all the training is a high emphasis on safety and providing genuine care for every individual student.
  The quality of the equipment and facilities was first class and the Fire Training Ship was testing but in a safe, controlled way. Any concerns you may have will be settled as soon as you speak to the Instructing Staff.
  I have no hesitation in recommending this facility to anyone thinking of completing STCW training. You will have a great time.

  Beautiful location, well equipped facility, professional, very experienced yet friendly instructors! The course flies by while you are kept busy but in a relaxed manner. Very informative, flexible, student oriented experience, looking forward to return.

  Great Training Centre. I found their STCW course very interesting and informative. The instructors are professionals and love to share their experience with students. The scenarios are realistic and challenging. Absolutely recommended.
