APPLICATIONS TO ATTEND THE MARITIME SCHOOL COURSES
Please read the following important information:
A 50% deposit is required to reserve space for a course. Space is limited and bookings are confirmed in the order that we receive the deposit payments.
The balance payment is due 3 business days PRIOR to the course.
You can change a course date once, with a full 5 days notice given.
5% discount is given on cash payments.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 50% down payment to enrol you in a course.
We retain 10% in case of cancellations to cover administrative and reservation costs incurred by our school.
With 5 days notice you maye change your course date once.
Less than 5 days notice and NO REFUND is due. Please be sure when you reserve that you are available and serious about doing the course. Instructors are scheduled and space is kept for you.
All refunds will be made in the same manner as they were paid.
Regretfully there are no partial refunds for parts of a course missed due to non attendance. If you have a real and (by the school) acceptable reason for your absence we can attempt to enroll you in the same course on a later date as long as we have space. This needs to be within ONE YEAR of the missed course days.
If you have not completed a course and wish to continue at another IYT school, there is no guarantee this will be possible as all IYT schools are independently owned and managed.
Practical course dates are subject to bad weather conditions (eventually during hurricane season) and will not be guaranteed by the Maritime School of the West Indies. In case of a cancellation due to the weather or other circumstances behind our control the MSWI will reschedule the course and you will not lose any amount already paid.
