Course description

Resilience is a very important skill for seafarers, as they face many physical, mental, and emotional challenges in their work environment, such as long working hours, isolation, fatigue, uncertainty, etc. Resilience can help you to improve your wellbeing, performance, and safety on board.

The course covers topics such as taking decisive action, dealing with a crisis, keeping things in perspective, taking care of your needs, positive and negative communications, and achieving your goals.
