Proficiency In Fast Rescue Boats (D18) education includes 9 school hours of lectures and 15 school hours of exercises and consists of:
- Understanding the assembly, maintenance, repair and equipment of fast rescue boats
- Management of equipment for launching into the sea and devices with which it is usually equipped, during launching and return
- Handling of a fast lifeboat with its usual equipment, during launching and recovery
- Handling of the fast lifeboat after launching
- Control of the motor of the fast rescue boat
After successfully completing the course and examinations at the Harbor Master's Office, candidates will receive certificate issued by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Croatia.
