Eos Risk is a UK based global security risk and crisis management business focused on the insurance, commercial shipping, extractives, financial, and NGO sectors. We provide integrated services for our diverse clients addressing security risks such as terrorism, insurgency, political unrest, piracy, maritime crime, kidnap and ransom, extortion, hijacking, and malicious product tampering.
Our services span across four broad areas of security risk advisory, operational security, crisis response, and training. Safety and Security Training
Eos provides a range of courses approved by numerous awarding bodies, namely, the Security Industry Authority (SIA) (approved by City & Guilds), BIIAB, EDEXCEL, the UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA), the UK Department for Transport, and major Classification Societies.
Our courses have been developed by expert personnel with first-hand industry knowledge, including operational, tactical and training experience. Our courses, including the STCW 78 course, comply with the awarding bodies strict criteria, but have been constructed to ensure relevance to the highly dynamics fields they address. We constantly review and update our course content, taking into account current trends, intelligence, and threat patterns as well as practical advice drawn from our own operational experience.
Maritime security courses can be undertaken at our dedicated training facility in the UK, or at offsite locations. We have successfully delivered training to a variety of audiences and clients ranging from individuals to international corporations and from UK and US nationals to those with English as their second language.
