Terms and Conditions
Enrollment in Resilience training actions is FREE (unless otherwise indicated). - Enrollment is only confirmed and the presence of participants guaranteed in this training after payment of the total amount of the training. - Payments must be made up to 5 working days before the start of the training course. - The training price includes documentation, exams and certificate of participation. - The issuance of the certificate of participation implies obtaining an average grade of over 70% in the exam.
SPECIAL PROMOTIONS (*PROMOTIONAL CODES):
Apply the 10% discount to the first 5 subscribers in any training using the TOP 5 code and also to those who enroll in more than one training using the code REPEAT1 if they are repeating 1 training, REPEAT2 if repeating 2 trainings and successively until the fifth (5) formation.
The Sixth formation of your choice will be FREE. Exceptions apply.

Payments can be made in USD/ EUR/ KZ for transfers in Portugal / Angola and for some courses in METICAIS MZN in Mozambique. Proof of payment for training actions must be sent to the emails indicated below.

Cancellation: Resilience reserves the right to cancel the planned course up to 3 days before the start date of the training course.
Cancellation by the customer: If the customer wishes to cancel participation in the training course, he/she must do so via email: hello@resilience360.pt, subject to the following cancellation conditions: - up to 15 working days from the start date of the training course , cancellation can be made at no cost to the customer, with Resilience refunding any amount paid by the customer. - Cancellation after the deadline indicated above will imply the payment of 100% of the value of the training action without refund.
