All the courses that are contracted oline are entitled to a refund for 14 days, provided the student has not enrolled or started the course, in which case the rules are fully governed.
To cancel the order, you must contact us from the form at the bottom of this web page during working hours. Any cancellation request made by the client outside the business hours from Monday to Friday (9:00 AM-6:00 PM Central Europe Time) will be processed on the next working day.
