Purpose:

The course is designed to meet STCW requirements I / 12, Section AIII / 1 & 2 and A & B-VIII / 2. It is designed for machine officers, whether at management or operational level.

Description:

The aim of the course is to effectively take individual classes and participate in the discussion part (eg communication, team building) and successfully participate in the simulator and team exercises.

Content:

• Concept, definition and goals of human resources management
• Principles of human resources management in the engine room
• Allocation, prioritization of human resources
• Communication efficiency
• Self-confidence and leadership in the engine room
• Gaining and maintaining awareness of the real situation
• Practicing team experience

Condition:

• Identity card or passport

Remark:

After successfully completing the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion of the course issued by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Croatia
