This course includes Personal Survival Techniques and Fire Fighting & Fire Prevention update training and runs over 3 days, alongside our scheduled STCW Basic Safety Training courses.

Following the Manila Amendments to the STCW Convention (STCW 2010) as of January 2017 anyone serving onboard ship and are qualified in any of the following, must, as of the 1st January 2017, have completed an STCW Update training course within the last 5 years.

The course will include the below modules.

• Personal Survival Techniques (STCW A-VI/1-1) – Update
• Fire Fighting and Fire Prevention (STCW A-VI/1-2) – Update
