Suitable for people working in Hospitality who are directly involved in the preparation, production and handling of food.
Licensed by the Food Safety Commission of Malta.
The Food Handling Course B, is suitable for people who are directly involved in the preparation, production and handling of food such as chefs, pastry chefs, butchers, teachers and childcarers working with children both on shore-based and seafaring opportunities.
It is therefore suitable for those who are indirectly involved in the preparation, production and handling of food on merchant ships and superyachts such as chefs, stewards, stewardesses, waiters, bar staff, cleaners, and cashiers.
The course is delivered in collaboration with The Food Systems, who are licenced by the Food Safety Commission of Malta to deliver courses to the public.
