Radar Observer is only recommended for students who have practical knowledge of radar. Students, who do not have practical background, are recommended  to take the full Radar Observer Unlimited 5-day course.

Upon registration and deposit to the course. Northeast Maritime Institute mails students plotting book. Students are asked to complete plots within book to discuss during the first portion of class.
