I attended the STCW course on Monday 15th February 2012.
From arriving on the Sunday the level of service was second to none. The hospitality and care they provided was amazing from the moment I arrived at the accommodation.
The course itself was very well organised and informative and the trainers were very welcoming supportive and helpful. The whole experience was incredible.

The new location for Seascope is very easy to find when you come off the motorway and there's always parking available. Travelodge is a 5-7 minute drive from Seascope so very handy.
Everyone at Seascope is amazing, they accommodate you & make you feel so welcome. They go above & beyond for all your needs, it was lovely & refreshing to meet such beautiful individuals. Thank you everyone at Seascope!! I'll be back in under 5 years for my refresher course.Robert Pritchard
Great lessons learnt at this establishment the best courses I have ever been on. The instructors (owner of the business)are excellent and very patient.
I learnt so much it was just unfortunate for me that I ended up on a very unprofessional cruise liner NCL (Sun) which I was not expecting. Highly recommended company.....Narcisa Rusu

The Dolby Hotel is just across the road and the nearest hotel. Basic but very clean and friendly. Mention you are doing a course at Seascope and the price is £36 per night as of Jan 2018. I did the STCW refresher one and a half day course. Very good. I would recommend.

The best way to get to SeaScope Maritime training is to get yourselves to the junction of Jordan Street and Flint Street. Go through the gates of the selfstore car park. Continue to the bottom of the car park you will see a fire escape staircase, with a Seescope sign on it. Go along the path past the fire escape and enter the main building you enter the main building through the double doors, Seascope is on the top floor. (See photos attached.)
